Our
Studio has 3 stationary poles and 2 spinning poles. Each dancer works
on her own pole the entire class
What
do I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Yoga pants or sweats that
can be rolled to the knee (beginners) and T shirts. More advanced students
are required to wear yoga shorts and tank tops.

Will
I get a good workout?
YES! We will challenge your upper body strength, stamina
and flexibility. We begin with an intense warm up for the abdominals,
back, and arms complete with stretching exercises. Next we move to the
poles for vertical pull ups, climbs, inversions and twirls.

How
do I sign up?
We offer group classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please
call the studio at 650-780-9963 to register. Private, duet and triplet
classes are offered daily and are scheduled according to day/time availability.

I don't have any dance experience, is
this class for me?
You do not need any type of dance experience to start
classes.Learning is progressive and each student moves at her own pace.

Is there any nudity
involved?
There is absolutely no nudity in class.

Do I have to be
in shape to take this class?
You do not need to already be in shape, although we
highly recommend Pilates mat work prior to enrolling. Challenge yourself
at your own pace and increase your strength and flexibility gradually.

How
many women are in each class?
Class size is limited to 6 women per class. This small
class size allows for more individual attention, safety and a quicker
progression to more challenging tricks.

What
if I miss a class?
If you miss a class you may make it up by "dropping
in" to another class of the same, or lower, level if there is room
in that class.

Is there an age
requirement?
Students must be 18 years of age to participate in the
group classes. However, private, duet and triplet lessons are available
with parental consent.
